Return Policy

You may return items purchased from The Cocoon Designer Store within 7 days store in the same condition the item was purchased for a Cocoon Design Store credit.  You may use that credit towards another Cocoon Designer Store purchase.

Pickup and Deliveries

Curbside

Curbside Pick up is available Monday-Wednesday 11am-1pm.

You will receive an email message with your pickup confirmation.

Regular pickup

is available Monday-Wednesday 11am-1pm.

You will receive an email message with your pickup confirmation.

However, if you see something you must have and

the scheduled times do not work for you, please contact to see if we can make other arrangements to accommodate you.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within a 10 mile radius.

We must have the proper information prior to delivery.
